my current telephone service?

With ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance, you can call anywhere in
the continental United States (48 contiguous states). State-to-State
or In-State long distance are included!
Q. Can I only call at certain
times?
You can make a call whenever you want!Not just on the weekends or
after 9pm...anytime you want!Call early, call late, call anytime!The
choice is yours!
Q. Are there any additional
fees?
No.There are no registration fees, cancellation fees, per minute
charges, per call charges, or any other hidden charges. For one
low monthly flat rate, you can call all you want!
Q. What else do I get besides
unlimited long distance?

account manager that you can access through the web.View all your
calls in real-time, check payments, and update your account information.See

Q. What is Phone-Booksm?
It’s just like speed-dial on your phone, except you enter
the numbers on the web and push the corresponding speed dial number
on your phone!You no longer have to guess what space is available—you
can now see it on the screen.It's easy to enter and change, just
simply type the numbers and name!Then, when you call the access
number, all you have to do is press the speed-dial number that corresponds
to who you are calling! That's only two extra digits for unlimited
calling!After you become a member, logon to our secure online account
manager to use our Phone-Booksm feature.
Q. Can anyone sign-up?
Yes, as long as you are in our coverage area.People outside our
coverage area are encouraged to fill out the information request
form so that we may contact you once we establish service in your
area.
Q. How long will it take from
the time I sign up to use the service?
You can begin using the service instantly.Immediately after you
sign-up, all of your account information will appear on your screen,
where you will be encouraged to print it out.Your account information
will also be emailed to you.
Q. Do I have to commit to a
long-term contract?
Absolutely not. You can discontinue service anytime by calling our
customer service department.
Q. Do I get a bill in the mail?
No confusing bills.ZeroCents makes your bill (which is always one
low flat rate) available online at anytime.Simply logon to the secure
online account manager and view or print your bill at any time.
Q. Does this plan cover international
calling also? or Do you have an international plan?
International calling is not included in the ZeroCents Unlimited
Long Distance Plan. We do not offer a separate international calling
plan at the moment.
Q. Do I need a computer or
special equipment?
No.You only need a telephone.
Q. Does the person I’m
calling have to be a ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance customer?
No.You can call anyone, anywhere in the continental Unites States
for one low monthly fee.
Q. Why don’t the big
phone companies offer unlimited calling plans?
Big phone companies are unable to support unlimited calling plans
due to their legacy network infrastructure. A large carrier recently
announced an “unlimited plan,” which is only unlimited
when calling another customer of the same carrier. If not, the caller
is charged a high per minute rate. With ZeroCents Unlimited Long
Distance, you can call anyone in the continental United States anytime
Q. Can I make phone calls from
any phone?
In order to maintain the ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance Plan
at such low prices, you can make calls from your registered home
phone only.
* Please note: Caller ID Blocking must be disabled in order to use
the ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance service. Caller ID Blocking
can be disabled by contacting your local phone company, or in most
regions by dialing *82 before your call.
