Once you set up an account you will receive a permanent, dial-in phone number for your conference calls and pass codes for both you (as host) and your participants. To Conference, notify your participants of the conference date and time as well as the dial-in number and pass code. At the designated conference time, simply call into your meeting. It’s that simple! With unlimited conferencing, enjoy these features: Music on Hold - Plays music until a moderator joins the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference, the music will shut off and the conference can begin. Entry Tone - Entry Tone lets conference attendees know when someone joins the conference by a single beep. Exit Tone - Exit Tone lets audio conference attendees know when someone disconnects from the conference by a double beep. Auto Hang Up - Auto Hang Up disconnects participants from a conference call once the last moderator in a conference hangs up. Use this feature to ensure that all lines become immediately available for subsequent conferences and to avoid excessive charges to a moderator who is paying in full. Security - Allows moderator to secure the conference. Security prevents the entry of additional participants once the conference is locked by moderator. Security must be requested by at the time of account set-up so it can be programmed for use. The feature is activated and deactivated by the moderator. Name Record/Playback - This feature allows each participant to record their name before entering the conference so that a roster of participants may be played back. |
